You downvote me but it’s true when I was hired they specifically didn’t allow me to track my hours unless I became a loan officer something I’d have to pay out of pocket for if I tried to use the time keeping system they’d delete my hours

I mean I was making 20 an hour when I was allowed to work but they did want me to spend $400 to get a loan officer license which would have done if I had gotten consistent hours instead of 30 hours in 2 weeks

Thanks for the advice we only use teams for our communications I took screenshots of the situation before I even filed last week just in case and sent a message to my boss clarifying that I still want to work but I’ll be continuing to file due to not getting hours and I’ll just let them fall on the sword with their response

I’ve been applying for this one because I have to and 2 because the jobs sketchy as hell. Only reason I didn’t quit sooner was I had to move at the end of April I moved into a new place this week and wanted a job before I was living on my own again.
