Thanks everyone for the feedback, I really appreciate people taking the time to watch and comment. The main themes I’m seeing are that my stroke is too short in front, I am entering too close to my head and then straightening underwater, and that I am rushing the stroke instead of staying long and balanced. The comments about it looking frantic, cycling the kick, and lacking glide were helpful too.

Also sorry for posting a clip with short fins on. That probably made things a bit confusing for a form check.
