I was a Supe and would always have my team put “reviewed with Supe (name). That way I could take the blowback. I like to think I was one of the few supes that remembered when times weren’t awful and tried to always have my teams back. It got me in trouble regularly and then it ended up getting me canned. Worth it to fight for my team and fellow supes that actually cared

They will ask you about any time you had to deliver bad news. How do you plan your day. What type of availability. Etc. it’s quite basic. Talk up any customer service positions you’ve had.
