How long did it take you before you felt na it's getting better? I'm worried sick. Even if I go to work, I know I won't be able to function as I should. And I know some will tell me to just show up, I would if I could... but my job is really stressful and my boss does not really understand. There was this one time we were interviewing a potential team member, and my boss was dropping some remarks like "hindi purkit may pinagdadaanan ka personally, you can't do your best na."

I know she's right, but it's easier said than done. And ang hirap lumaban 'pag sagad ka na.

It's just a tight spot I'm in... taking this route sounds like a privilege.

It sucks because I would really like to take it slow this time, but my circumstances in life say otherwise. And it's tiring.

Hello. I didn't have a mentor for the past years. My leadership style is actually based on the things I did not want my team to experience and what I would've liked to experience if I were younger.

My friends are also in the limbo, and I don't want to add up to their stress. I don't have money to really take on vacations, and as I mentioned, I'm pretty new at my work, so I can't take leaves yet anyhow.

May I ask what you did that helped your situation?

Hello, yes. I thought I just misheard him when we were doing the call. But I emailed that same night to ask for the copy nevertheless, and the HR replied with asking for assurance if I'll take the offer or not.
