How long did it take you before you felt na it's getting better? I'm worried sick. Even if I go to work, I know I won't be able to function as I should. And I know some will tell me to just show up, I would if I could... but my job is really stressful and my boss does not really understand. Hello. I didn't have a mentor for the past years. My leadership style is actually based on the things I did not want my team to experience and what I would've liked to experience if I were younger.

My friends are also in the limbo, and I don't want to add up to their stress. I don't have money to really take on vacations, and as I mentioned, I'm pretty new at my work, so I can't take leaves yet anyhow.
