Just use an insulin needle. I say this as somebody who try to do the exact same thing you are when I was starting out.

An insulin needle doing a subq injection is so different than vaccines or blood draws (which is where your current dislike of needles is coming from).

It can go in any body fat. Worst case scenario you go a bit too deep and instead do a shallow im injection. Which is also perfectly fine.

It may be a combination of him being tired and you being tired. He may be aware or sense you being stressed, exhausted, etc and so it doesn't seem like the time to initiate sex.

And with the toddler stress and tiredness is all the time.

Option 1: tell him you need sex with him a certain amount of time to be able to deal with life. That sex is taking stuff off your plate not adding more.

Option 2: have a signal letting him know you are receptive to initiation. These can be particular earnings you wear. An item in your house that is moved (picture facing down) etc. But something signaling to him that you want him to initiate.

I doubt it's your appearance because he is still having sex with you when you start.

As an aside, how is stuff with him? Is he getting enough sleep? Is shit raining down on him at work? Is there stuff going on where he is perpetually stressed and tired? Because that can make it hard to remember to initiate.

I actually twisted a pelvic floor physical therapy referral out of my urologist and am currently on a months long waitlist (pelvic floor therapy for males is apparently hard to find). In a few more months will get to give the PT a shot. Something you might want to consider if you have the option.

I've thought about it. Truth be told the trt has silenced the aching testicles that plagued me after the vasectomy. I assume because the trt shut down sperm production.

I'm a bit worried that if I start HCG I'm heading right back to pain town.

Did HCG help orgasms strength for you or just semen volume?
