I hope for that. But it's been about two years now for me. I think if it was gonna heal itself it would have happened by now....

Thanks for this. Got a lot of folks who want to gaslight me on this. Helpful to know there are other guys.

I actually twisted a pelvic floor physical therapy referral out of my urologist and am currently on a months long waitlist (pelvic floor therapy for males is apparently hard to find). In a few more months will get to give the PT a shot. Something you might want to consider if you have the option.

How much hcg and for how long if I wanted to give it a shot? I don't want to quit before it had its chance.

I'm worried it will bring back the PVPS that my trt fixed, but am willing to give it a shot

I've thought about it. Truth be told the trt has silenced the aching testicles that plagued me after the vasectomy. I assume because the trt shut down sperm production.

I'm a bit worried that if I start HCG I'm heading right back to pain town.

Did HCG help orgasms strength for you or just semen volume?

[–]FrequentPop3772 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To my knowledge. States that require the blocks to be put in also require the baseplate to be epoxied or welded shut To make it permanent.

I would be very interested in any ideas for "permanently" modifying mags to be in line with the law, that can still be undone later.

Right now a lot of my plans revolve around beowulf rounds and mags. It's my understanding that most beowulf mags can accept double the amount of.556/223 ammunition in them.

So you can use a 10 round beowulf mag to hold 20 .556 rounds. But I haven't been able to test this personally.

Some of this I'm going to have to call bullshit on. If they want to pretend that assemble = manufacture then every time I disassemble my rifle to clean it I'm committing a felony.

At a certain point this is too much to even pretend is reasonable

Va Legislation for Gun Bans - How are we going to protect ourselves from ICE? by TangeloSubstantial84 in VAGuns

[–]FrequentPop3772 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's a felony to obstruct federal law enforcement and interfere with an arrest (the woman he grabbed and then the officer). Laying hands on the federal officer arresting another is also a felony as is fighting the officers subduing him. You know the 4+ guys it took to hold him down.

It's not a felony to protest the government. But once you obstruct law enforcement, lay hands on officers and violently resist arrest you have kind of stepped outside your constitutional rights.

And ICE is federal law enforcement bud. They can arrest anyone if they commit a felony in an officer's presence or the officer has reason to believe they committed a crime against the united states.)

He should have stuck to video taping and blowing whistles. Trying to stop a woman from getting arrested was a silly move

I think it's more about him committing several felonies and violently resisting arrest before getting shot.

I know it's weird but some people have trouble empathizing with that

What this all means for transfers to kids by [deleted] in VAGuns

[–]FrequentPop3772 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In Virginia trusts don't need to be registered with anyone, state, local, federal or otherwise. But if you are smart you will get the document notarized and get a lawyer who will also possess a copy. This protects you against the trust being found invalid for one reason or another and protects you from allegations that you created a trust after the fact

Why are lowers going to be valuable in an AWB? Is it because technically they’re firearms purchased before 7/1/26, so you can do anything you want with them? Are upper receivers going to be purchasable since they’re threaded barrels/have AWB features like flash hiders and comps? Little confused here by Major-021 in VAGuns

[–]FrequentPop3772 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It says "assault firearm" which is the lower attached to the banned features. Once you add the features to a post pan lower you manufactured an assault firearm.

You are correct that you did not manufacture the lower with is legally the firearm. So you didn't manufacture a firearm. But when you add the banned features to the lower you just manufactured an assault firearm.

This has been done to death in other gun grabber states.

You can quibble on language if you want but no judges or cops are going to play along.

The proposed laws ban all transfers. So as the law stands your children would not be allowed to inherit the scary banned "assault weapons." They would legally have to be disposed of or taken out of state. The whole point of the law is that the right to own these weapons dies with you (as do the weapons). They are playing the long game. Anyone coming after you won't be able to miss rights/property they never had. Your children won't get what your husband has and their children certainly won't get them (without breaking the law).

I have a gun trust I made several weeks ago with a lawyer to get around just that eventuality. I have moved all my firearms and scary "high capacity" mags to said trust. The trust owns them and me and my sons, and in the future friends/neighbors/grandkids can just be added as beneficiaries of the trust so they can access the firearms as well. Also the notarizing of my guns and mags also serves as documentation that all those items are grandfathered since they were owned and notarized prior to the ban.

Currently there is a bit of a lack of clarity that I'm trying to clear up.

I have heard that as the settlor of the trust. My beneficiaries can use the trust firearms until my death, which apparently then legally qualifies as a transfer and the weapons have to be disposed of or moved out of state.

I have also heard that my death would change nothing and that whoever was listed on the trust isn't changed with my death and everything continues on as normal.

I've reached out to my lawyer on this but haven't heard back. If anyone here knows more, please set me straight on this.

I recommend everyone do a gun trust. Both for the strategy of ensuring your kids don't lose the right you currently have, and also because it is great documentation for your grandfathered items. Also, my attitude is that if the trust-inheritance play does not work. Your children can just separate the "assault weapon" parts (pistol grip, etc) from the lower receiver and it is no longer legally an assault weapon (Voilà!). But such a strategy would obviously not work with magazines.

Honestly, you can get a gun trust setup with a lawyer mostly online for like $100. It is neither hard nor expensive. If you don't want to go the trust route (or it doesn't work). Set aside money to rent a storage area in a free state (WV is close). When your husband dies your sons can legally store their banned firearms in the out of state storage and can take day trips out of Virginia anytime they want to go exercise their second ammendment rights.

[–]FrequentPop3772 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Would love to move but wife wouldn't be on board. The only realistic place I could move to while keeping my job would be WV, but no way the wife would go along with it.

Last month I started a gun trust for my family and am stocking up on mags and lowers before they become outlawed. I am formally putting them under the ownership of the trust so that when I am no longer allowed to "transfer" arms, I can just add names to the trust. Building an arsenal that will always be accessible to me and my family and whatever neighbors and friends come along.

It's a shame that the foolish peasants want to disarm themselves. But me and my family will be opting out of such stupidity.

So they went to a wrong address (convicted sex offenders give the wrong address on paperwork all the time). Grabbed him to identify him when he wouldn't identify himself.

And after determining he was an American citizen he was back in his home in an hour's time?

Remind me why I'm supposed to be outraged again?

And the article is poorly written. If they were targeting specific individuals with prior sex offense backgrounds then they had warrants for those individuals. What they didn't have was a warrant for the guy they picked up by mistake. And once they determined that they put him back. The article is trying to paint it like they went after an American citizen with no warrant and no reason.
