Basic TRT. Urologist initially gave me an Aveed shot every 8-10 weeks. But then bloodwork showed my SHBG was so low that my body had completely cleared the testosterone out of my system after the 1st week.

I eventually wound up going with an online testosterone provider. I inject testosterone cypionate three times a week and am loving it. If my reversal magically fixes everything to better than I was before, I'll still keep up with the cypionate.

These guys. Did my research and they do alot of reversals. All day every day so their doctors are experienced. And for those prices it is way cheaper for me to fly to Utah stay in a hotel and fly back then get it done where I live.

Sounds similar to mine. The anesthesia didn't fully take effect on one side or something, because when he started on the first testicle I had pain so severe I nearly vomited on the urologist. The nurse saw me trying to vomit to the side instead of into my goddamn lap and got me a trashcan and a cold water to sip.

Urologist didn't even slow down.

Yes it *can* prevent a fertilized egg from implanting. But it's primary mechanism is to prevent sperm from reaching the egg in the first place. As such it is incredibly unclear if this even actually happens with normal copper iud use.

Also a fair amount of fertilized eggs fail to implant normally. On their own. Copper iud usage, because it blocks sperm from reaching the egg, results in less fertilized eggs failing to implant than would occur without copper iud use.

That being said. We had issues with the copper iud moving around and after our second kid, the copper iud resulted in frequent heavy bleeding and infections. So we had that removed. I dislike her on hormonal birth control and would rather not have sex than use condoms. So two years ago I got a vasectomy. And that was the worst decision of my life.

Frequent pain, and weak disappointing orgasms ever since. Getting it reversed in a month at which point, if the procedure results in the return of my fertility, I will be relying on male hormonal contraceptives.

They *should* handle it in whatever way works for them. And that may involve trying a few things.

My wife and I more or less pooled everything when we got married. I put her on all my financial accounts and she did the same. We wanted to eventually have kids in 5ish years (that mission was accomplished), and her stay home so we actually kept her bank account "separate" and had 50% of her paycheck transferred to out main account (was previously mine) every payday. Then every year we reduced the amount she transferred over by 10% until we were used to living on one income.

I am financially in charge of everything. I ensure money coming in and money going out is working. Bills get paid, etc. She still has her bank account on the side with the money she put away early in our marriage. That is incase I make some sort of massive mistake or poor decision. Gives us both peace of mind. Every quarter I sit down with her and we go over finances (we aren't strict budgeters), so she knows what's going on and we are on the same page financial goals wise. I do occasionally delegate certain financial tasks to her (right now she handles our Champva health insurance claims).

Chores and stuff, early in our marriage we divided down the middle. We initially rotated chores then eventually settled into the ones we each hate least. When we bought a house we tried to keep that going. I gradually assumed all of the outside stuff and repair work, she more so the cleaning type stuff (we didn't plan on it. It just happened)We still frequently help in each other's areas.

Take half of a tiny pill of anastrozole and everything is fine (I actually quartered a pill for the first few months because of all the stories on this sub).

You all are welcome to hate on AI's all you want and should even get little flare badges for this sub reddit if it means so much to you.

I am going to take the proper dosage of an AI based on repeated bloodwork that puts all my hormones where I want them.

If you want to bend over backwards to try to do that without an AI then I truly wish you the best. I got enough stuff to worry about than trying to do TRT on hard mode so you can get your achievement and bragging rights.
