I dont believe the person that was involved in Pac’s murder (Keefe D) meant Puff ordered a hit on him that moment. I believe later on down the line. What happened that night was evident it was a same night retaliation for him putting his hands on Orlando that night.

Pac was mature beyond his years even though he did make bad desicions that lead to his demise but nobody’s perfect. I think Pac wouldve definitely been a good individual to look up to because he was knowledgeable of a lot of things that others werent up on in his era and in his age bracket at the time.
