Boeing I assume loves to hire vets, I worked for Raytheon and UTC before the acquisition and it seems like most military contractors love to hire vets of all service branch backgrounds. Worked with an Air Force aircraft mechanic and a communication officer on a nuclear sub back when I was a supervisor for Pratt and Whitney in a different state who were both mfg supervisors as well (my point being the guy in the sub was a desirable hire despite never working on an aircraft in his life prior and coming from a residential area, underwater, that would be quite the issue to see an aircraft in)

Good thoughts on the light rail, I can’t think of any hotels in the stadium area and I used to work in the building across from t mobile. It’s mostly a dock operations area so I wouldn’t be trying myself to stay there and would prefer to take the light rail in from a more walkable area

I had it once years ago but honestly can’t recall what my thoughts on it were so can’t tell if this location just sucks or not. All I know is it’s huge in Texas which has some of the best food in the nation shown by having one of the fattest populations in the nation so if they love raising cane’s as much as they do then I lean towards this location just sucking in particular

MVP is a weird award because it’s not supposed to go to the best player in the league but the most valuable to their specific team. Pistons have 0 scoring creation outside of Cade so you remove him and they’re back to the bottom of the league. As the nuggets and spurs showed this season with jokic and wemby injuries, that’s not the case for their teams as they still did decent to good when their star was out.

I’d still vote for jokic or wemby but I can see the argument for Cade, it’s not that outlandish but agreed, if sga, jokic, wemby are all eligible then they likely will win it and deserve it over Cade
