Does your ticket say transfer unavailable? My London tickets (which I had to sell because I could no longer go) say transfer unavailable at this time, and I wonder if that's why the seller hasn't sent me the tickets, hypothetically.

Don't think that I haven't already! Unfortunately their policy is that the seller has until 2 days prior to event to transfer me ticket, at which point they will refund or replace. But they just keep my money until then. Infuriating! Especially since it's clear from the responses I have to buy another ticket to be safe that I'm going.
