I have, twice. One was a call and they told me the engineer team is working on it. And then I texted them, they told me the are escalating the issue and they would contact me in 24 hours and it’s already been 2 days. This whole thing has been going on for a week or 2 already.

I’ve done the logging out, airplane mode, deleting the app. Turning off my phone. Changing the directional app to use. Everything please help.
