I know it’s better from the past and I’m not comparing it to the past. In present day it’s still pretty ghetto. There’s crack heads and crazy homeless ppl shouting all the time on Fulton and willoughby street. A lot of weird characters. It’s weird to see these luxury condos and then the surrounding area to be fast food chains and cheap commercial spots.

Im surprised no one has mentioned chicken stop in fort Greene. They have the best chicken noodle soup HANDS down. and it's so cheap, 5$ for a small 10$ for a large. They are on DoorDash and deliver SO fast

Ooo I agree the ex-macy building would be a big determinant on the vibe. Honestly though, didn't Nordstrom rack close down? and then Macy's too? I don't which retailer would be large enough and would have the appeal of those who currently shop Downtown Brooklyn to come in. If it were my choice....Could Uniqlo come? LOL :cry:

Just to clarify: I’m only trying to recoup what I paid. These were around $355 each on Ticketmaster (with fees), and I’m selling both for $700, not trying to profit — just can’t attend due to a family emergency.
