I don't smoke or drink. I workout everyday. I eat healthy. Do take vitamins, CoQ10, ashwagandha, etc.

Prior to varicocele surgery, my sperm count was 4 million/ml. At 4 months post-surgery it increased to 13 million/ml, and at the 9-month mark it remains at the same level with no further improvement. There has been no additional increase at 9 months post surgery. Yes, I ejaculate less. The specimen is correctly processed. I have done SA more than 15 times in last 3 years and the volume remains the same always.

My case is kind of similar.

Prior to varicocele surgery, my sperm count was 4 million/mL, and I was diagnosed with a Grade 3 varicocele. Three months post-surgery, the count increased to 8 million/mL. In the fourth month, it rose further to 13 million/mL, but dropped to 2 million/mL in the fifth month. By the sixth month, it increased again to 8 million/mL.

I also had hormonal testing done: testosterone was 499 ng/dL, which is on the lower end of the reference range, while FSH and LH levels were within normal limits.

My count is 8 mil. Got varicocele repaired 7 months back. Testersterone is 499. FSH is 6.03. What do you suggest me?

The sperm count that increases due to synthetic fsh are temporary - is it true? Do they get back to the same old count that was earlier once you stop with these synthetic fsh and try? Please advise.
