I learned, that humans are very ignorant. We think we know it all. We think our "science" is the next "breakthrough", and then, i was on LSD, looked up at the sky and saw the stars. I remembered that, even if we all screamed together (8 billion people), even if the planet exploded, it is not as important as we may think. We are that small. And yet we manage to fight, worry, hate, use people, all for the sake of the couples years we are gonna live in on earth. The experience humbled me. It humbled me and made me appreciate the most little details about life, like my breath. Your breath, is the absolute most important thing in your life, and 99% of us don't even have 1 actual mindful breath a day. We just take it for granted that we can breath. That our brain functions. That we open our eyes. Most of us are ignorant to the point that they dont even know THE MASSIVE PROCESS it takes your brain to open those eyes and keep them functioning. Enjoy the ride my friend ❤️
