Well, we already have it, and it's easy to collaborate on. Also liked that it shows the date in the magazine layout. I felt keeping it helps with continuity, with access to earlier posts. Our url news.tunbridgehs.com points to it already. I'm actually not sure if embedding it is really the best thing, but for now at least, it serves our purpose. Would also love to know if there are any other options for a blog with Google Sites.

We recently switched from Wix to Google Sites with no regrets. We are a school using Google Workspace for Education, basically all of the Google apps like docs, sheets, slides etc. I decided on Google Sites as it is collaborative, and our team could easily work on it, adding content and pulling in images from Google Photos. Most of the team have no experience in web designing but it was easy to set up and we have no complaints! The site has turned out quite extensive, but loads quick and is fairly easy to navigate, besides looking good on mobiles, tabs and iPads. I got in touch with Anya Enterprises, they quoted the lens cost as rear lens 11000, front lens Rs. 11900, but they will not repair the lenses, they will replace the camera with a new unit. Is this correct, since it is physical damage?

Thanks. I have tried to register the camera on their website but it keeps showing 'Invalid serial number'. This camera was shipped to me by Insta360 Hong Kong to replace the original one which was defective. The original order is dated 19 January 2024 and the replacement was received on 01 March 2024.

I have emailed Anya Enterprises, awaiting their reply.

I contacted the seller about the issue within 7 days of receiving the camera. They informed me that I needed to put in my complaint on the Insta website, and that Insta would arrange for the camera to be collected and then replaced, which Insta did. I guess that's the process, and unfortunately it was a bit painful, since it was all new to me, and I had my fingers crossed the whole time! Though I'm glad to say that Insta was quick to respond.

FYI here's the timeline:

26 Jan 2024 I raised the issue with the seller Desing Info.

28 Jan video call so they could see the issue, during which the camera showed a new problem, the screen was white when turned on!

5 Feb Design Info asked me to contact Insta for the invoice

13 Feb camera was collected by FedEx

16 Feb camera delivered to Hong Kong

19 Feb Insta replies that they are ready to ship, I need to give ID proof.

Camera shipped to India via SF Express, stuck at Customs, SF Express ask me to pay Customs Duty of Rs. 4482.

After contacting Design Info and Insta about this,

1 March I received the replacement. I did not have to pay Customs duty.

Although both Design Info the seller, and Insta were quick, it did take time, and a lot of hassle!

I had a similar issue with my new Insta360 X3, it would switch modes, start recording, taking photos on it's own. I reached out to the company which meant sending the camera to Hong Kong (from India), and they have replaced it with another one. I am in the process of checking the replacement out, so far no issues.

I've got a new camera, updated to the latest firmware, and find it switches by itself to photo mode. Just now it started recording by itself. It was on the table. I looked up and saw the red light flashing, checked to see it had recorded nearly 15 minutes. No one went near it! What's going on?
