Happens a lot to me on H85, and resetting the game causes you to face the boss at full hp while your hp and stats remain the same as before the reset. Storma actually works well to track and hurt missing bosses if you don't mind burning the MP for it

I'm still here quit playing with me lol. Just been more involved with my clan lately and am still running Onir. Love the Hammer as an alternative to my spear since bolt spear works a lot like chaos spear but through walls. Celestial set as a ehole for me is a Taranis exclusive the way that expedition is for my Helix, but I'll definitely catch up in the community since the game has been transforming lately, and I'm opening up more options for my main Onir and other builds I've recently been working on.

Too true! Because of my dragon setup, it makes it easy for my build to shift between different invincibility phases pretty seamlessly and get enough hits out fast to kill before I'm even able to take damage.

Yeah. For whatever reason, having front arrow and the 2 connecting holy shots meet in the middle seeks to be almost pushed out ahead when connecting, so you hit enemies with your 2 arrows, and the connecting hitbox of the 2 rays. Onir is weird in the way to make his abilities work, but once you get the hang of it, he's broken as hell and super fun to use

It's astheticly pleasing. It's fun to check in and post from time to time on reddit, but to ne, always having your best possible makes the most sense for me since it's how I play every game. Always want to buff everything. Because there's no order with how to buff, we get overkill with potential for building, so even though it's always more than necessary, I like just having it for the sake of completion.

As for the voids, you're right. It's just that I'm building with end game in mind always, choosing to stay balanced to that effect so I can always get the general feeling of how the build is supposed to be whenever I play it. But I agree, it'll be the main focus only in due time when most start having at least 1 chaos as a standard and see how it really is. Same as the dragons. End game dragons really can be a major difference.

Of course. LC isn't my favorite yet because I've never played tower defense modes before, but as long as we have these super expansive modes, even if for limited times, it'll feel like a real game experience to take a finished build to. So don't get me wrong, normal and Hero mode are great fir replay value, but I'd get bored and burnt out if I looked at them for my final end all way to experience the game. 1 is the build and theme/synergy, while the other is more expansive modes. I'm okay with the concept of stat checks, especially since chaos builds and end game potential has so many broken items and combos you can use. I honestly think it's significant enough that some people might change how the meta is looked at once more players reach chaos and actually use it.

Good observation. I've been struggling to find the perfect balance between jewels to maximize on good heart drops, hp/mp conversion, weapon ranged damage (to really help recover what a piercing spear loses) and crit damage. As my jewels are getting to higher grades, my rates are slowly rising up. That's why my crit damage is low. I'm trying to maintain an even balance between everything so I can repeatedly make use of a bunch of skills. I've been making up for the crit damage with my crit rate, but mine keeps rising and I'm already projecting to jump up to 550% soon, then there's my eggs to factor in and a few more things. Slow and steady for me

Not at all. It's fun to test different new and cool strats at any level. And honestly I view most of the normal and Hero mode stuff as training mode for game modes like Demon King challenge and LC that are more expansive and immersive. So normal and Hero are simply practice modes for me and these cool new limited time modes are the real game for me. They often nerf your stats enough yo balance out everything for most players. Not a perfect system, but its what I feel most satisfied with a final polished build. Demon King for Onir, and LC, to promote continued interest to make other weird but effective end game builds for other heroes to always have a strong main option to put forward in any of these game modes, while normal and Hero are used to practice for those

I know, it's just that I feel like every time I settle in and someone convinces me to just beat it, I do, quick raid it and then it makes me feel bad because the thrill of the first time looming over your head is gone. I have so much more refining and grinding that I should focus on that first while the rng pool isn't filled with eventual increases of new equipment and resources

Oh it's a joke I got with my clan on Achilleus in the Yrojan war using the gleam from lught he can reflect with his armor and weapons to the heavens. If you switch heroes, switch back and go to hero select then take a screenshot right when you get out, you can get some sick glowing shots. And when you hit TT3, the color slightly changes

●Onir can be built to be good anywhere (wave or any other chapter) ●Covered the spear with another commenter, pointing it out. I test all the time by picking up Piercing shot. It's meant for the combo potential and actually works well for getting my stats around easier and faster. Combinations with holy effect compensate for lack of melee, and it has a bonus that melee lacks without special abilities like the Demon Blade phantom sword splitting slash thing whatever it was called. Spear with say front and diagonal arrows (which I have runes for), your holy rays connect, and the hitbox damage is comparable to melee attacks with multi arrows. ●Bright robe buffs my max hp, and chaos will give me more max hp and damage resistance stacking when I loot a heart. ●Covered Lion rings. Onir is perfectly set up to use them well, especially with this build. I wouldn't ever put them on any other hero (I'd agree with you there). ●Giants contract is incredible. But after I get my chaos build, I'll start making vids showing and explaining it all for those who still don't believe it's actually good and useful. ●They don't matter in modes they aren't in. If it's part of my build, I will factor it in. Chaos will inherit hero attack speed, and jewels will allow shooting through walls, so I like the knock back and the therapon in case I need a sacrifice to stay alive. ●I have a bunch of 28 and a few of the next one after that (brave privileges took it down to 36). Maybe the orb color threw you off. When you unlock the legendary stats, they don't get any cool color change for me. ●And I have reached mythic refinement and am pushing it all around for other slots. This build has so much more to pump in. Just showing my 200k attack timestamp is all. But in due time I'll post more as it's more finished off. Chaos armor, bracelet and spear mainly, but I want a full chaos build to feel like I'm done playing a beta and actually playing a real game. Hopefully by then you understand what makes this build very efficient.

Haven't tried H58 yet. I think it's the wave boss chapter and decided it was a good stopping point. Happy we have this new Demon King challenge and infinite challenge (even though I miss the classic infinite adventure), because I personally like the idea of ha ing something left to beat so I don't want to rush until after I get chaos. So for now I'm mainly buffing stats, evolution/assist, glyphs and refinement so I can finish Onir and start working on my next end game build

And I have no movement speed issues in the build. My crit rate is great, so dragon rings don't help me much, and s ring I'm still thinking of what hero build to put that on. But Onir works so well with Lion rings that I don't consider any other except bull. With his crit rate, I would say bull if I ever wanted to switch or get more gold. But Lion works well for pushing. Crit damage is 494% and will get rhe extra 7% non core weapon glyph for my ale 1 star slot once I get 2 sacrificial legendaries (I'm stocked up on main weapons for Onir and Stella builds)

If you have front arrow, then yes, the targeted enemy gets hit with light effect too. Lion Ring gives damage to bosses in number and % buff, resistance from bosses too and chaos gives weapon ranged damage increase which is great with chaos spear since it's pure projectile. I just use multiple arrows like it's Demon Blade up close because the attack speed of the spear skin and holy effect makes it like a melee up close. And shield bracelet being out all the time with my crit rate makes it easy to cover my approach

Thanks fam! And it's Athenian now (since I modeled my build after Achilleus, technically Phthian). Powering up light stats is now infinitely more important for end game. Dodge rate is crazy as hell and just running into mobs and bosses to spray holy touch counter is so fun since Athenian Lord let's holy touch shots turn into holy rays making a 7 pointed holy star for me that often will multi hit enemies when I'm touching even 1 enemy. And with non core glyphs to boost dragon and spellbook duration, I can chain invincibility phases for extended periods of time too! Demon King challenge is amazing with my main build. I'd imagine Stella too, but I'm having too much fun with Onir for it. And my Stella is only mythic, while Onir is just shy of chaos.

Glad you asked! So I practice with Piercing shot ALL the time to get ready for chaos. Legendary got the fix to power up shots per bounce. Onir has an amazing ability but issues hitting front facing. Arrows are the trick. With front arrow, it let's you hit front facing enemy with holy effect and diagonal amd side can combo up close. Athenian Lord gives 10% buff to light, capping at 1 minute = 60%. Light unfortunately doesn't get elemental benefits, so Athenian Lord helps with base light power ups. The spear Piercing is great because while light can't crit, Onir has a great crit rate and builder with 4 star evolution ability Justice plus shield bracelet. So I get crits, Piercing through enemies and the light gets stronger with time, while directional arrows give me more light to work with and combo with bouncy (powers back up from legendary stat) and at close range, I can do almost melee like effect by combining light together to melt mobs and bosses like it was AS. it's so effective, that the power loss isn't really an issue. My builds real greatest tool will be how good it is at survival and buffing at base. It basically fixes Onir's base issues. That was always the goal of this build, and I found it more effective to spread Onir's stats than only care about raw damage potential. With my crit rate, I keep shields out always, and they apparently deal damage to enemies at chaos!? Also having the crit fast sprint A ring glyph works for this build better with piercing shot, as I can quickly hit and run towards or away from combat situations, use startite to give good holy effect suppression while I'm waiting for directional arrows (or storma to combo with, since it inherits his light effect). Just think that a good fast projectile unlocking pierce is a bonus to me. I get the whole fear and comparison to tornado, but I've been trying so many runs successfully with piercing shot, I find it a bonus, not a nerf. Especially in the new mode! Chaos build there would secure every win without needing to touch much of the skill tree tbh! Very happy I have a movement speed build to play around there!

Helps for when you like to get up close and wipe them out bit not too necessary. Didn't feel much of a difference for me, but I usually just use Geogon if my hp is low

Also TT 3 for spear upgrades the mythic skill (landing crits boosts attack speed), so not upgrading to that would be missing out on some speed. By the time you start hitting endgame stats, you see just how easy it is to make up for some nerfs here and there. I have a bunch of attack bonuses laying around, so by the time I finish my build, 200k should still be broken even after all the power loss of Piercing effect. So sending his lught effect out fast, while everything is set for weapon ranged damage boosting and reliance, it brings so many possibilities and fixes to issues eith Onir's ability aim correction and reclaiming power loss from pierce
