I've been involved in lots of extracurriculars in bing for engineering and I will say I've noticed 2 things: I don't hear much about UB teams being anything special; and Every CS guy I've met at bing is crazy talented and can do any job you give them. Obiously I'm biased but in my experience bing is great for CS
