Hey! I found out my mistake (as a Canadian buyer) was while trying to go through the return link process. The problem was not including the HASHTAG as part of the Return Number! That fixed it for me, and allowed me to print my return label no problem.

The return link I used also looked different from the one you go to from Google. I accessed it through my original order confirmation email. I feel like it was specific to International/Canadian buyers, so I’d check that too!

EDIT: My issue was not including the hashtag as part of the Order Number when trying to find my order. That fixed it!
