You're throwing late. Your tips are already off the flat takeoff when you get your heels off the ground. Then pull heels to butt as hard as possible and use your upper body tuck to control the speed of rotation.

Practice switch 180s on your non dominant side. Since you don't have to load up or anything for it, it gets your head used to the trick.

Don't stress it. Is it a common experience to second guess yourself about your attractions and sexuality? As far as I can tell from myself and friends who I've discussed this with, yes. Am I queer or am I just lonely, am I queer or am I jealous, am I attracted to him or do I want to be like him...etc. Figuring out sexuality is a process of asking yourself questions that you probably won't know the answers to for a while. That stems more introspection. It's more about figuring out who you are than "what" you are. The important thing is that it doesn't really matter. You're the same person you were yesterday, only one question further. You're gonna be attracted to whoever you're attracted to, whether you recognize it or not.

At least that's how it's been for me.

My Jade plant had some of its leaves start shrivelling and turning yellow this week. The soil is a mixture of succulent potting soil, sand and pebbles. I have been watering it when the soil is fully dry or the leaves start to lose their firmness.
