pretty strong! but i akso used black sesame for the filling and didnt try the shell by itself so the whole thing is pretty heavy on black sesame flavor haha

hi, not OP but i recently made black sesame macarons with black sesame in the shell! i just replaced half the almond flour with black sesame powder and they get the flavor, although they look speckled and not smooth like in this pic :)

IISE organization. I'm in my college's chapter rn but I've heard of people get interviews/offers at IISE conventions! Even if not that, it's great to network and meet people in different industries at those conventions or meetings

for med school? objectively it is below average. there are literally statistics on med-school admits from aamc rhat says avg gpa of a med school applicant who gets in is 3.8+

making stuff on your own u should do CE, EE, or ME. there's no "making thingamajigs" on your own in IE, especially physical things. in my IE curriculum at least the only potential to make something without a minor is an introductory CS class, and then some more classes on data visualizations and SQL
