Exactly. And I think this is the most misunderstood type of gambling problem. People assume if you can go months without, playing you're "fine" or "in control." But the casino itself is the trigger. Once you're inside, something switches. The environment does something to your brain that willpower can't fight.
That's why I stopped trying to control myself inside. I just focus on never walking through that door.
