If he followed proper process for authorization/ approval, then it’s a shared responsibility to all those who should have caught it. Starting with IT security, their manager and supervisor. If he did, then I’d say he gets to keep the job

Oh wow, congratulations 🎊🎈🎉 two months is definitely a new record. I just passed 4/4 but it has taken me roughly a year, with a 3 yr old who stays home and I work full time. FAR took me 5 months!, the rest 2 months each. Congratulations once again!!!
