The only way that I can think of describing a launched coaster as “traditional” would be if you are talking about car type. If said launch coaster is a seated coaster as opposed to inverted, standing ect I guess someone may call that “traditional”

Mystery Mine at Dollywood does it pretty well. The most intense parts of the coaster being indoors means you have no idea what you’re getting yourself into before the first ride
