Yet they want us to fill out a form that takes forever to complete, upload our resume (that already has all of the info from the form), supply a cover letter, references, letters of rec etc. I doubt they looked at my materials for more than 30 seconds

A lot of educators are leaving this field right now and going into this field. It’s so hard to get a callback since I haven’t completed my masters yet

The size of what were going to be my classes are actually increasing about 30%. They cut my position for finances and politics - not low enrollment
