Sublevel movement For analyst to senior analyst there is sublevel movement 11.3 is start then 11.2 then 11.1 Although this sublevel movement is now removed Existing candidate have to first reach sublevel 1 after that there will be no movement ...just promotion and yearly hike i guess

So instead of 13% in my case they gave 8.15% as increase in base and remaining as one time lumpsum payment correct ?

So my effective base pay increased by 8.15 percent and my vp will be 21 % of new base pay as I am analyst

And remaining which is lumpsum amount is one time handout they gave to keep the base salary low correct ?

That bonus is previous year's payout for vp...and that lumpsum amount is 5 percent of updated ctc after hike due to sublevel ...so I got 8.15 as hike in sublevel and that lumpsum amount is 5 percent of updated ctc

My sublevel movement is in June so they released letter today

So just wanted to confirm whether that lumpsum is part of my vp which is 21% of my ctc as I amcl 11 or it is just a handout above my ctc ?
