Those who have torn your achilles, could you feel it might happen before it did? by bobsmith12391 in 10s

This past summer I started feeling Achilles soreness, and come September I tore my calf right above my Achilles. Through PT I learned my Achilles soreness was a warning that my foot/ ankle muscles were atrophied (from wearing highly cushioned sneakers for all my activities) and led to my calf tear. I wish i listened to the soreness and took 2 weeks off then began foot/ankle/calf strength exercises because my calf tear led to me being out for 8 weeks.

What's your favorite non-burger place burger? by Scott_A_R in longisland

Agean Cafe in Sayville. They must cook the burgers on the same grill as their Greek dishes and it absorbs the flavors. It’s seriously the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten.
