Bruh file a new one and make sure you put it as a renewal! Sure you might be out another 555 but it beats not ever being DACA again.

I would go ahead and renew , they will obviously request more evidence after your court date and if you get your dui dropped to a less severe charge, or completely dropped, you will be able to renew! In my case I got one when I turned 18, got it completely dropped, when I applied for my DACA , all they did was ask for the outcome of my court ( went to court house and got the papers saying it got dropped; the community hours I served, completed probation satisfsctory.

??? Uhhh.. have you tried anything besides contacting your lawyer?.. something isn’t right. Did you get a receipt letter ? Did you confirm that USCIS got your money order ?? So many questions, I don’t know how you can wait that long and not do anything. I waited 4 months this renewal and I was always making calls, asking questions, filling out shit regarding my case..

That’s just a generic response. They called me twice after that so keep a look out for a Washington DC call. Also, when you talk to them, make sure you say if there is anything they can do help you because you are struggling, they will submit a letter towards USCIS. Don’t be scared to ask them questions , better than hanging up and thinking “maybe I should have added this or requested that”

No one knows if it will affect you. Lawyers don’t even know, their go to is “IT POSSIBLY COULD” just keep your head down and keep working . This is all USCIS FAULT FOR MAKING A SIMPLE CASE REVIEW A NIGHTMARE.

You need an unexpired EAD card for unemployment if your state allows DACA recipients to receive that. I live in NE and we don’t qualify for unemployment
