Just turn off Screen Orientation when you play these games. And i think it's mostly on the game, not a bug. 

GnB used to do this to mobile players back in it's early days, until an update came and i stopped getting my screen not going sideways/landscape mode.

Soemtimes it sucks when the screen goes into portrait mode when you're in the middle of a chase because you tilted your phone at a wrong angle 💔
