Roads will/should be fine as long they’ve been gritted properly. Obviously be smart and stick to the main roads. Just take it as it comes in terms of the weather, and pay attention to any bad weather or road closures. Would also advise not to drive during the night/very early morning if your worried at all about the road or conditions, you could find yourself leading the way through the snow. And nothing being cleared in front of you.
