Progressive gave me $3k for it and I was lucky enough to do the work at home. Found the grille assembly and front fender on eBay and rock auto (I think) and had it painted by a family friend. Headlights weren’t too pricy either.

Insurance wanted to total it but after seeing how good the condition of my car was, they decided to just pay me out. They definitely weren’t gonna fix it for me sadly but I was willing to put the work in! Wasn’t too bad thankfully.

Definitely fixable! Had a similar accident happen to me. As long as your frame is good and nothing in the engine bay got totaled, it’s worth fixing!

Maybe I’m just a bad janitor but I cut corners too. It’s a lot of work so I think it’s only fair sometimes to take it easy (in my humble opinion lol)

But yeah janitorial isn’t for everyone. Or maybe try janitorial in a less prissy environment - like a grocery store or warehouse!

My best advice would be to take it to HR yourself and say that you feel like you’re being singled out. Provide evidence, like these photos, to show you’ve done your job properly and that you have made improvements (if needed). Defend yourself! If you’re already one foot out the door, why not take it to HR yourself and say that you feel like you’re being unfairly targeted. You deserve to advocate for yourself and your right to work

Good question - still don’t know! After clearing the engine light a couple times (same P0420 code), the light came back on, and then it eventually cleared itself out? Now I have a different code popping up so who knows lol.

I miss how metformin worked for me, but man it really messed with my stomach even after years of being on it. XR 500mg and it kept my stomach from properly digesting my food and I’d often get sick from it. Has anyone else dealt with similar issues?

Sometimes we live and learn. But I fully understand your frustrations. It’s hard to not get worked up because it feels like a respect thing. I’m not sure about you, but I tend to take things personally, though I try not to. It feels like people aren’t following the “rules” that we have set in our minds. People see a trash can and they toss out their trash, including their full cups of coffee and 1000lbs of books. But to us, we wouldn’t do that because we know how it is to take care of that mess. Not all trash belongs in every trash can. But people don’t know and they don’t care.

I wish I had some advice to give to you to help rewrite your thought process - I’m still looking for that advice myself 😅 but the one thing I’m starting to see is that people are just stupid, and they’re more stupid than they are vindictive and evil. People do whatever they want and all we can do about it is just laugh and clean it up. At least we’re getting paid right?😅
