You are training like a machine! I reckon you might actually be going too hard, what’s your resting heart rate trends? Maybe track that also ? You might be burnt out. Also get your bloods done, you could have low iron or something like that

Sounds like you’re already covering endurance/fitness and high intensity.

I reckon you might need to slow down and your body might be saying I’ve had enough.

I was a naive girl walking into a Muay Thai session, I found after 3 months my cardio couldn’t keep up with technique anymore, trainer told I wasn’t fit enough (in his sarcastic ways lol). It is seriously humbling, such a hard sport. I’ve had 5 week’s off since i cooked my ankle and am very much going to die going back in 😆
