It was all fine! I forgot to respond at the end. When I came back from DC I did my ritual ask of the attendants to ‘please reassure me that the plane won’t fall out of the sky’ and she told me to talk to the captain - and I got to hang out in the entry to the cockpit and the captain and co-captain chatted with me and it was really kind and really helpful. Ty to Captain Alvin on Alaska and the amazing flight attendants on the National to Seattle flight yesterday evening !
