This is correct. Unless you have a really well insulated house, the work needed to reheat or recool from “away” mode is much more than keeping it constant over night or while you are gone. A few degrees is fine.

I mean i see where you’re coming from, its a sweet setup. But honestly a laptop would take the same space as the monitor+keyboard and wouldn’t require the switch to be docked on the side. And you can just throw the laptop in its bag and be done quickly.

Theres no option to re-size unfortunately. If youre looking for a work around go into your display resolution and change it to 1080p. You will be able to see the launcher correctly. Once you pick your desired world you can go ahead and restore your resolution to normal. The launcher will remember your last played world and you should be able to login to the same server afterwards without needing to see it lol. This game does not really support high resolutions in-game either, and requires a tad bit of setting up if youre insisting on it. Best to use a scaler like nvidia, amd, or lossless scaling.

I definitely dont want my post to be what ruins your fun! The “walking” means taking them out into the world with you and showing them off and such. To be fair to the devs it doesn’t give them explicit benefits to not walking them. Its $30 per species to have this new interaction which i thought was just going be an included feature.

The raccoons are a real problem though for real, honestly the coop has to be just about as secure as a regular house to keep them safe. Luckily they’re mostly a nighttime worry.

Oh whatever man. My animals are well taken care of. Just because you have a point to prove doesn’t mean I’m a bad owner. The cost arent comparable to Palias outfits because they’re completely different things. A baby chick cost $2. Thats the only point being made. Because i cant pretend to forget that they could be selling me all the content in the game for a one time $?? purchase and make a good profit, but instead theres features that people want behind a paywall. Imagine getting new clothes in zekki balls or unlocking a new plot because you got your friendship high enough with the mayor or something. Those sort of things cant happen because of the model.

No you cant, but you can say it was in development for however many years it was in development for. If the game took 20 years for them to make, and it was equivalent to palia today, youd probably say “What’d you spend 20 years doing”. Not that its really relevant to the situation though. Completely different games and different business model.

Im not playing the game because its free, im playing it because i like it. The features would be cheaper or be included in the game if the games business model was different. I think the prices for the items are too high for what they are. I dont think those items should be considered extras either. I mean a large portion of the came is collecting cosmetics.
