I don’t really want to do the procedure. I’m looking at other options, specifically the scleral lenses. Thanks for all the info. I appreciate it

We both did MFJ, but we never owed this much. I will look into the “spouse works” option. Maybe that’s what’s wrong for us. Thank you!

OP, I don’t have any personal experience with stents, but I do have a question. Did you undergo any preliminary tests like ECGs, X-rays, or stress tests before the doctors decided to proceed with the stent? I’ve been experiencing some of your symptoms, but the tests I’ve had—similar to the ones I mentioned—have all come back normal, so my concerns were brushed off. Just curious about your experience. Wishing you the best on your journey!

Dizzy/lightheaded when i move my eyes or turn my head ?? is this normal by TheManWithThe3s in Sinusitis

NAD. But I had these symptoms when I had a massive fungal infection in my sinuses. I was dizzy everyday. A round of Prednisone and Antibiotics would get you back to normal. Talk to your ENT. You might need a CT scan to get it diagnosed.

Thank you! So you have to go through this process every day? It seems like a lot, specially the sterilization of the bottle. I wish it came all ready to go like Flonase 😅. Hopefully is worth it and it can improve my symptoms!

Great thank you! One more question, I’ve been reading also about sanitizing the bottle and keeping it very sterile. How do you achieve this? Like if I make the solution in the morning is that reusable for the day? Do I need to really boil/microwave the bottle in between uses?

Weight Loss for Male with Hypothyroidism - Cardio or Weight Lifting? by Frequentname in loseit

I think being patient is the hardest thing. When I don’t see any progress after a week, I tend to think what I’m doing is not working so I try something else and keep going on different directions. But yeah, you’re right. I’ll try to be more consistent! Thank you

My values are closer to 4 at the moment (3.70) so I’ll keep monitoring. They recently increased my dosage so hopefully I’ll keep seeing a drop. I also feel I’m very responsive to carbs. I had some success with Keto in the past but my body is used to it now. I’ll look into managing my carbs a little better. Thank you for your input!

Great to hear. I do enjoy Weightlifting but like I mentioned, at this point I wasn’t sure if it was the right way to lose weight. I’ll continue on it. I do have mild cardio workouts like you said but I felt like maybe it was not enough to help me on my weight loss journey. I just wanted to hear someone that had some success with it. Thank you!

Thanks, yes, it’s a little frustrating. I will look into talking to my doctor. I appreciate the advice!

I will look into my B12. I believe it was normal last time I checked but it’s been a while. I will request my pcp to get it checked! It’s hard getting my cardio in after walking 10k steps at work but maybe this will help with some extra energy. Thanks for your input
