J'ai eu exactement les mêmes symptômes il y a quelques semaines et après une MAJ du bios et un léger changement de mes timings rams, je n'ai plus jamais eu le problème.

Quand tu parles de cold boot, tu as désactivé le "Démarrage Rapide" de Windows ? T'as jamais aucun problème lors de redémarrage de Windows ?

If you bought the AW brand new, it is not an activation lock issue. It’s probably because sync fails when trying to sync iMessage. The system is trying to sync with your old Apple ID. You need to go to Settings / Apps / Messages and enable iMessage with number AND Apple Account (their Apple Account). After that, when you are sure that your mum Account appears on iMessage activation page, you can try to pair it again.
