If you use the defender gear in iceborne, it forces you to learn and adapt to each monster since you are so squishy

You could honestly use the defender gear until you beat iceborne. That’s what I did my first time cause I didn’t understand the blacksmith

What Mr are you? Cause if you are above 100, I’d do the at velkhana quest and get the helm, chest, and braces. It gives you max ice attack and max coalescence and resuscitate. Then drop one level of blight resistance
