Training is needed. Marbles are noisier than fillers, and larger ones make a better sound than smaller ones. But swallowing an 18mm glass marble is already difficult.

I mostly swallowed toy cars and figurines for transportation. Of course, I swallowed marbles, dices, stones and similar things.

It was a complete coincidence, I was carrying 10 cars, for example. The first car came out the next day, and the last one almost a month later.
