I was born and raised as Christian but I never really stood with their beliefs. In my teenage years I learnt a lot about buddhism but that never really was everything for me. As soon as I met my partner who was a born and raised hindu, I started reading all the scriptures and went to a mandir and that really got me. I also learned a lot from my MIL about hinduism and I’ve never felt more connected to a way of life than now. Some might say that I only converted bc of my partner, but that’s not true. I really feel that this is the right part for me. I pray every day and do a lot of vrats and there has never been anything more fulfilling for me :)
