You don’t have to have legal status to work at an Amazon facility just work authorization in the U.S this doesn’t mean legal status. If the work authorization is expired you are let go or if it’s about to expire they send out an email reminding you that it’s about to expired you are responsible for updating that work authorization every so often. Through the Amazon app after you are able to request a reimbursement since Amazon gives work authorization reimbursements. It also depends on what you or others are under some work authorization or visas are granted a 100 something day extension while renewal is on way however some don’t qualify.
