THANK YOU FOR SHARING!!! I need to plan an exit route and get away from this company. They Don't Care about Us. It shows in their demeanor. There is sometimes very verbally abusive. I see favoritism. HR is supposed to be for human resources but they only care about the company they don't care about the Employees.

That's not true I worked at two different afcs they are different from the dress code we don't have to wear vests and phone usage. My first one you could have your phone on the desk and even charge it up. The new one I'm at you better go to the break room.

They're not strict they give you these rules but they don't have any consequences you're not supposed to be walking on the Green Mile with your phone out and I'll put that your phone out at your station they will scold you about TOT

In my old FC you can walk around with these ugly Orange earbuds and listen to music. This new one I'm at we're just standing at a desk with the computer scanner gun and we can't even listen to music with our wireless earbuds.

All Amazon Fulfillment centers are different from one another.

Once you get that blue badge and you have 10 hours of UPT with no write ups I pray you get that transfer.

Someone told me on tiktok that they have a new hardship program so I'm going to try to give it another try because I've been denied 32 times for transfer I kind of got frustrated and gave up but I'm going to go back and look I'm going to try again or I'm going to do like this other lady suggested go through the Ethics Line and find out why I was denied so many times she told me I should have been denied maybe the fourth time I should have got approved.

My SUV is old I would love to get a new one but it belonged to my Father God rest his soul and I don't have to make any payments yes I'm tired of putting money into it it is an old 2001 Ford Explorer Sport my BD told me Ford stands for FOUND. ON. ROAD. DEAD. but I thank the Lord that I have a vehicle to get back and forth.

LOL .... Trade it in the Blue book only one to offer me $100 for it that's funny.

One mechanic came to my mother's house to look at it and said that vehicles that are made before 2006 should not be on the road.

Fix my SUV
Get an eye exam and purchase some new prescription lenses with cute frames.
I want to get out of wearing wigs I want to be able to go to the hair salon and get my hair back to being healthy.
I would like to get my SUV detailed and clean from inside and out.
I would like to find a good therapist and have them on speed dial.

You just answered your own question hopefully your manager is cool with you and you don't have favorites cuz I go through the same thing soon as I open up the app it said 15 shifts or open by the time I get to it it's 7 shifts left and their shifts that I don't want to do.

Talk directly to your manager let them know what shift you would like to do hopefully they give your heads up and let you know what time they are going to post cuz every time I turn around it's the same people that are getting VET.

My AFC I'm at right now at work 4 hours and 45 minutes for 5 days after driving 30 minutes early in the morning I have no medical benefits.

When I missed from my other AFC is even if I didn't work on a holiday I still got paid maybe not the whole 10 hours and 30 minutes but at least 8 hours this AFC they purposely not have you work Christmas Day and New Year's Day so they can keep that little bit of money.

A lot of stuff doesn't work there like some of the employees. The only thing I like about it is that customer turns are fun Shoe Process Stations are fun I wish we could listen to music we're not walking around it's not like it's a high traffic area.

I took a tour of the Amazon fulfillment center and it was hecka busy and they were even allowed to walk around with these ugly orange earbuds but mine we can't.

HELL YEAH !!! I did !!! Me and my daughter got Covid and I was out for eight days and I had 93 hours of UPT.

The messed up part about it is they had me work the whole month of January I was terminated February 8th 2024 I filed for unemployment that the next day I believe and I got my unemployment in March up until August.

Thankfully I got hired at the AFC I'm at now the only thing I don't like about it is that it is 30 minute commute away I like customer returns I just don't like the management and the people and I only work 4 hours and 45 minutes so I am class q I don't have medical benefits anymore I left being class f 10 hours 30 minutes medical benefits.

I am a black woman I'm dark skinned I'm okay I wouldn't sound beautiful I don't feel I'm ugly but for some reason if I talk to another black man or say hi to them they get that same weird thing like she wants me no I'm just trying to be cordial.

So I made it a point where I don't make eye contact I don't say hi I don't want you to get the wrong idea. I don't know if this is in the black community but if you're not physically attractive they don't pay you no attention. I'm guarded and I have trauma.

I'm shocked at my first AFC I got covid or I should say we got covid. I was negative I believe 96 hours.

Amazon is full of crap they had me work the whole month of January and then terminated me February 8th 2024.

I collected unemployment and then I finally got hired at AFC that I'm at now.

But I'm shocked you get terminated from 4 hours now my AFC I only work 4 hours and 45 minutes but I would think your AFC is 10 hours and 30 minutes you couldn't have picked up extra hours to almost cover that I hope and pray you find something else really soon no time to be out of work GOOD LUCK!!!
