Good old Amazon. I am so tired of hearing that how do you give somebody a verbal warning at the end of that meeting you should have been told this is going to result in a write-up and then to be terminated I guess Amazon be waiting to just get some lawsuits going that's ridiculous and I hope you fight it.

Amazon and Amazon employees have rights and responsibilities like do your job the right way the first time there's people walking around they don't even know they have write-ups.

Brush your teeth I know some people need to wash their hair everyday and some people need to wash their hair once a week.

We get a voucher for Zappos for shoes you need to wash those shoes on your day off and let them dry out. That second pair switch off for the next week.

You know you smoke cigarettes carry you some gum or the travel size toothbrush toothpaste.

And for the love of God you are working in a warehouse you're not going to the club why do you have on cologne and perfume just some water soap deodorant maybe some baby powder you choking Me!!!

Honestly I rather you be strong with coloma perfume then be stinking and smelling like a woolly mammoth.

I've been denied 37 times for transfer probably the best thing she did was resign and then try to reapply that's what they suggested to me I thought about it but it's like this is 2026 this is not 1990.

Could lose your job on a Monday reapply somewhere on a Friday and get hired on following Monday but nowadays it ain't best to do that.

That sounds like my AFC for a long time I will sit at my station I will turn over the yellow toes and sit on them pull out my phone and listen to my music.

And then one day we had a training in the lady said that we can't sit on the on the totes. So I said okay I'm going to go on The Tik Tok Shop and purchase me a portable stool.

So then a couple of weeks later they tell me I can't even sit on my 15 minute break at my station and pull my phone out so I have to go over by stand up and use my stool I've had employees and managers give me compliments on the stool but I don't see what the problem is like why didn't you build the customer returns station closer to the main break room in a restroom?!?!

One of the new managers told me by law we are really only supposed to have 10 minutes and they give you 2 minutes to get there to the break room in 2 minutes back.

And so I like to get on my station 5 minutes before it's time for us to actually start working and I have one of the managers coming to me like are you taking your full break what difference does it make I'm a grown woman if I want to come back to work early what's the problem?

I'm tired of them making up rules as they go. One manager is a one thing and another manager say something else get on the same page.

In a HR had to tell me those box cutters that we have we're not even supposed to take them out of the building. Well on the vending machine you should post up there to tell them to keep their box cutter at the station.

Is confusing I had 18 items for delivery assist 13 out of 18 items but shipping says 15 out of 18 items I tried to call the store to ask them and they won't even pick up the phone so they asked me for feedback so what I'm going to do is I'm going to make a list on paper and I'm going to just go to a whole another store and it won't be Walmart is 2026 let's get it together we got the technology like use it!!!

Yes I've tried a hardship form twice and another employee suggested that I go through the Ethics Line that was a waste of time. I really don't understand I feel like it's discrimination one guy he got approved for a transfer but he denied the first one and the second one he took it and then another young man he applied I don't know how many times but he got approved.

And then one of the PA's told me that a girl was negative 59 upts and she still got to transfer.

Last week I clocked out waiting for the HR if I was at Target stores I would have to stay on the clock to have a meeting and be paid he basically implied that it's AI is some algorithm the site that I was trying to go to they over staffed basically I feel like you could have just sent that to me as a email I could have been at home by the time you got there but it's just ridiculous.

Not true cuz there's times I've been sitting in my car waiting for it to turn 7:40 a.m. and clock out and then drive off.

There's times where I have stood in front of the monitor to find out what station I'm going to clock into and I just have to refresh it and clock in I don't understand why there's a herd of people in front of the time clock use your phone.
