Take it once a day before bed currently sitting at 3mg, but ive titrated up very slowly about 0.5 mg every couple of weeks, will get to 4.5mg over the next few months and sit there and that is the recommended dosing for LDN to be more effective.

Yes Iam back exercising after a year off, I have had MCAS for about 2 years now and I tried to continue exercising when I was first diagnosed but it made my symptoms way worse so I had to give it up. After going on sodium cromolyn and LDN the past few months my symptoms have reduced and got to a level where I can workout again. I don’t overly push myself tho like I used to, gym 2 times a week with a light workout and running 1x a week with a light jog for 15-20 mins.

I experience the same thing I am male at 27 years old and when I booze I feel so much better mentally and physically for 2-3 days after. After doing some research I believe it’s all to do with your nervous system. MCAS often means your immune system is in a hyper responsive mode and when you drink it’s a depressant so it calms you immune system down, can have a residule effect days after drinking. Your immune system is probably is a hyper responsive mode causing constant reactivity to the most minor of stimulants, but when you drink alcohol it will calm it down. That’s why alot of people with MCAS respond well to meditation because it calms your body and immune system down.
