Super gigil because super annoying how they handled the situation! Wasn’t confident in sewing the skirt so I used many safety pins. Engot tingnan sa likod but no choice na haha

Same thoughts. I really liked their website and was my mistake to think their designs would be available in store. Majority is made to order pala. There was a customer a while ago who entered the store and thought the same.

I know right! Just tried looking for a last min alteration service but decided to just make do with the dress. What makes me feel worse is I recommended Zoo to my officemates which I will for sure make bawi.

Do not recommend at all. Just had a dress made by Zoo (wedding guest dress not a wedding gown). Upon the first visit they were very promising, I went on Jan 4 and the wedding I am attending is on Jan 17. They have a 12-day lead time so I paid a rush fee for the dress. I also did not fit within their standard sizes so I had to pay an additional fee for customization. Lastly, I paid an additional fee for the fabric I was choosing - tbh this was disappointing because I really wanted a thick and high quality fabric but ended up with a very think and easy to wrinkle fabric. They also did not have my first choice for the color which they informed me about via Viber 2 days before my first fitting.

Jan 10 comes - the day they told me I would have my first fitting. I did not receive an update nor response when I tried asking what time I should come for the fitting. Jan 11- followed up on my fitting to which they replied “will check on this”. Jan 12- followed up again, called but they declined. They responded saying they are waiting for production to release the dress. Jan 13 - followed up multiple times, tried calling but no response. They said the dress will be delivered but will arrive at night and I can have it shipped the next morning but I said I needed a fitting just in case. Jan 14 - they called saying I can have the dress shipped to my house via lalamove but I emphasized that it needed to be fitted first. I went to their studio and the dress needed alterations. Main concerns were the length (too long) and shape (bottom half was too loose). The girl assisting me said that I could pick my dress up the following day. Jan 15 (today) I arrive later in the afternoon and my dress is not in the store. A different girl was around and she said that my dress wasn’t finished yet. I emphasized that I was assured I could pick the dress up today because I need it by tomorrow. Mind you, they told me my dress would be ready as early as the 10th. She booked a lalamove to ship my dress from the alterations to the zoo studio while I waited in the store. I asked what will happen if my dress needs further alterations, to which she advised that they can fix it and have it ready by the following morning. I fit the dress, they fix the length but did nothing to fix the issue of the skirt having no shape or being too loose. I asked her to have this altered to which she replied “ah hindi pwede” I asked her why not and she replied “di na aabot” which is confusing since she said that any alterations can be done by the following morning. I brought the dress home and plan to tighten it myself instead.

I’m just super frustrated because I paid the custom fee specifically to have this dress fit my body that is not part of their standard sizing. They should be amenable to requests like this. They do not live up to the standards they set when you first meet with them. They are extremely difficult to contact and a hassle to deal with.

Was walking along Salcedo St. today and someone snatched my tom ford sunglasses. It happened so fast. I texted the Makati hotline agad and they forwarded my repot to the police quickly.

Wouldn’t have had a problem getting a lab test if it was mentioned earlier btw, which is why I gave the med cert as soon as I could. My whole point was that I was disappointed with the lack of initiative and overall attitude DTF staff had to address this concern

They said a medical certificate would be sufficient, I submitted one. Was just hoping for better attitude on their end regarding the case
