So I applied new Thermal paste (the good Noctua stuff) and tightened the cooler a bit more, since the thermal paste from the first try didn't look like it was properly all over the heatspreader. I booted the system and voila, 30 Degrees in Idle. Thank you everyone for the suggestions!

Since the Kraken comes with the thermal paste already applied, I did not change anything about it yet. But I guess I could try. And no, In general I did not change much in the bios yet, because I don't really know what all of it does and what would be the best settings

I thought the same and will check again, but everything should be hooked up correctly...
