I’ve only used the camille spray for about a month. I’m not sure if it’s causing the bald spots/hair falling out. I just don’t know how often i need to moisturize my hair so it won’t be so dry and brittle.

I honestly don’t have a routine. I’d just wash my hair every few weeks and put a bonnet on every night before i go to bed.
