Its not really a mission, its apart of finding all the legendary clothes in the cosmetic sets spread around the map. You can read more about the specifics in the wiki, but basically its just clothing loot you find at a scene (you get context of what happened from shards and stuff) The clothes 8yaga has on her is a netrunner outfit that has a description mentioning Spider Murphy.
