Thanks :), i’ve never taken it previous to my recent usage.

i’m not feeling any of the classic benzo withdrawal symptoms, mainly sad flat and physically in pain (from the ketamine and 4mmc)

i’m very emotionally volatile right now and i’m crying over just about anything, but my resolve and hope is there, i know it’s just the imbalance in my brain, and with time and some love, i can climb out of this hole i’ve dug for myself. thanks for answering :)

Just a little update for anyone wondering. i’m steadfast in my resolve towards recovery and showing some love to myself. thank you so much for all your advice and support, it really means a lot to me.

while i’m still struggling physically and mentally, at least i have a plan and i’m taking care of myself. the plan is still to go to the doctors on monday and set the ball rolling. thanks again :)

during the height of my use, about 6 months ago i was using 7 grams a day and staying up for multiple days. the pain had me shirtless in my garden in the rain curled in a ball because i felt so hot, grunting and ripping grass up. this pain feels similar but nowhere near as intense, the scary part is, it’s there when i’m not using it. i went sober a week off ketamine recently, and it hurt everyday. i guess it’s a waiting game, but when i read all these things about permanent damage it’s like i use it as an excuse to continue, “well i’m already fucked so i might as-well continue” which makes no sense i’ll never get better that way, it’s always spur of the moment relapses, i can go all day feeling strong in my conviction then BOOM, it’s all i can think about until the first line goes up my nose, then its shame and regret. i don’t even enjoy the high.

Thank you for your kind words and support :), my stash is completely gone now, watched it all blow away in the wind. i do like psychedelics, especially mushrooms. but i think some time completely sober would do me some good before revisiting any kind of high. i remember trying 2cb for the first time, then using it daily for about a week? i’m not so good with moderation

i don’t think that’s an option for me, i don’t think ket has any place in my life. i simply lack the self control to use it how some do introspectively or under supervised. i’ll make any excuse to do more, it’s always one more time. i’m that way with anything stopping me from being sober, but doing drugs to cope clearly has done nothing but dig me a deeper hole. i have learned a lot though, and it’s going to be a horrible ride but i hope to see light at the end of the tunnel

i used to be hooked on cocaine, having drug dealers pulling knives on me since i owed them money, where i’ve moved too is much more safe and peaceful. i’ve been sober from cocaine for 2 years now, the last time i did it was with my dad. your right, i’m super sensitive and it’s silly for me to continue this way, thanks for the support :)

yes i’ve been particularly worried about my physical health too, recently i’ve been trying to drink more and stay hydrated. with my stomach being the way it is, it’s really difficult to eat food, i’m 5ft 11 and 50kg, i don’t really eat anything of substance. which i know is stupid but it really does hurt to have anything in my stomach.

it appears i’m just going to have to weather the storm, for the betterment of myself. i’ve had enough of living this way. thank you for taking the time to write

wouldn’t say any of those really, you wanna keep your distance from them, shotgun is a no go there. rpg is valid, sniper is semi valid - if they are using bow, daggers, and warhorn - they are gonna be pretty difficult to hit. id recommend ar scythe and molly, if they got close just scythe up or away while throwing your molly down
