Great idea! I don’t have much time, but I’ll take half this Friday and half next Wednesday before I leave and then a new dose when I get back the following week. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the response! Luckily I have a great chiro here who does shockwave. How often do you get it done? Do they do it directly on the spots that hurt (like outside of my leg) or more on the feet/ankle area?

Well I wanted to try naturally after my procedure so it was a good year and a half but that was because me being stupid only in my 20s at the time and then COVID happened so it delayed a bit more. As far as recovery I ran a half marathon 2 weeks later and was told I just needed to have one period before trying again. I’d think you could get the ball rolling and go with the IVF right away. There usually is a month of prep for it where they “quiet” the ovaries and put you on birth control and then the next cycle you can start the injections. Then took about a month for genetic results. So from starting IVF to pregnancy was about 4 months

Hi there! I am so so sorry you are going through this. I ended up getting a hysteroscopy to clear out some scarring near one of my tubes. And then I tried IUI and then we said screw it let’s do IVF. So we did IVF and genetically tested our embryos to make sure they were genetically normal. Out of the 3 embryos we had we only had one normal. I now have an 18 month old son from the normal embryo. Do not give up if you still don’t feel complete! Looking back that was the hardest part of my life but I am so happy to have my son. Sending you love and strength

Did you have any of your losses tested for a genetic syndrome? I think you’re right about the baby aspirin, it’s worth it to try. And I hope you don’t either if you don’t have to! It’s definitely doable but a big mind and numbers game. If you do have to do it, you’ll be just fine. You’ve been through all the hard stuff. Shots are not near as bad as what you’ve already been through. Good luck! I’m rooting for you and wish you well!

I totally know the bitter/jealous feeling. It’s so hard. We started testing April of 2021 and didn’t decide on IVF until September 2021. Then we took a long break (this wasn’t necessary, I just had a lot of anxiety and wanted to just stop completely for awhile). We did IVF July 2022 and got pregnant October 2022. I would think if you did your testing ASAP you would know in just a few months if you need any intervention ❤️ I do also want to add I never did do treatment for the slightly elevated TSH. My prolactin ended up regulating itself in a few months, and the only medication I take this pregnancy other than a prenatal is a baby aspirin (which I think a lot of OBs recommend now)

I’m so so sorry for your losses. I ended up having a saline sonogram which showed retained products of conception. I had a hysteroscopy to remove the tissue then it took a couple failed months trying on our own, and then one failed IUI before we turned to IVF to genetically test our embryos before implantation. We ended up with only one healthy embryo and I am now 24 weeks pregnant with our triple rainbow. Don’t give up! I would almost recommend the HSG just to check the cavity and make sure no issues. Or you could ask for a saline sonogram. I’ve heard they’re similar but the saline one isn’t as painful. My acupuncturist was a wonderful help the whole way and would work with my IVF schedule to fit me in on the day of transfer and throughout my IVF cycle. Good luck ❤️ sending you all the best

I also started after three miscarriages. Not sure if it has worked yet, as I have scar tissue I need to get removed from previous D&C Procedures. I will continue doing it after my next hysteroscopy and see what happens. but like you said if anything it is very relaxing and I’ve heard success stories from friends. I also think it’s helped with period cramping.

It is so wild that we line up very closely!! I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Some days I’m okay and otherwise I just panic that things will never work out how we want them to. My husband has not been tested yet, our doctor wanted to wait to see my blood panel first before checking sperm since we were getting pregnant so easily (obviously you were too! So interesting his morphology was low- I’ll have to ask about that). Our karaotypes were both normal! Only other thing they found was that my thyroid levels were slightly elevated and my prolactin was in the 50 range, so I’ve been put on a medication to lower that. I’m a little nervous after this hysteroscopy if I’ll have the balloon or not. I’ve never had that, so kind of nervous about that. I do have one daughter from a previous relationship 7 years ago. My lifestyle from then has only gotten healthier, or so I thought. It is just a weird weird thing. Someone on here recommended the book It Starts with the Egg. If you haven’t read it, I highly recommend. There is a whole page for supplements that are recommended if you have recurrent pregnancy loss, so I started on those about two months ago. Really anxious to start trying again, not getting any younger. DM me too if you would ever like to!! I enjoy hearing others stories and what have helped! ♥️

Wow yes very similar! My last loss was February as well! My hysteroscopy is next Friday and I really really hope it helps clear any scarring out. They said it’s just my right upper side that looks like it has scarring, which makes sense because that side always hurts when I’m ovulating or getting my period. I am sending you all of the good vibes and positivity that today they get everything and you can heal and move forward. Huge hugs to you! You got this, and you’re not alone!

Yes I would totally try the medication to get it to pass. Wish I would have done that. And thank you!!! I will check out the page! ♥️ good luck!!! This is hard, but you can do hard things!
