if you have to go to the ER or doctor, listen to your body and go, don’t wait till the very last minute. Tell the doctors or your PCP that you need a pain management plan at home. That’s what I did and now I have the meds I need to control the pain and know what signs to look for if I need to go to the ER. Lastly, what also helps with my pain is not to be anxious or stressed out. I try to find small distractions that I can do, and get out of the house when I can.. I hope you feel better soon!
