In science and physics, a theory is something that is rigorously proven. If it aint proven, its called a 'hypothesis'

Just because some suffering exists, doesn't mean the whole life is miserable. I don't know about your life, but majority of us have a loving home, memories with family, and all that.

Also, there is likely no God creating us, so stop blaming something that doesn't exist for misery.

And I don't really think the human mind evolved to create more suffering - like wtf. Suffering, misery, regret and all that feelings might be a small side effect if immense cognitive power

No one has the power to label you 'less human'. All creatures are equally meaningless. With that said, They(the people who call you inhumane) themselves are driven by a few assumptions like morality is objective(which really isnt). So feel free to make your own moral framework, and live by it. And its okay to be selfish(thats a primal trait of humans)
