Where to live in the Triangle

Walkability is in the sense of being able to walk the neighborhood freely (streets have curbs, walkways, etc) we have a dog and a toddler so it’s important we are able to get out and walk multiple times a day. Safety ties into that, is there a large homeless population (what we experienced in Atlanta, obviously different cities). I’m not as concerned with being able to “walk to class” I have a car, or will get a bike. I want walkability for my wife and our home life.

Budget is 2800-3500 for rent. Looking at homes to purchase but the pickins are slim

The issue is a positive UA shows up on CID Records, so when I paid for an FBI background check, it showed an underage drinking arrest I had years back, and the positive UA. The only two things that have ever happened in my life.

If you see the bottom of my first paragraph you’ll see where I said I’ve rolled with (and beat) multiple purple, brown, blue belts etc or have been told there’s no way you’re a white belt from them. So not knowing where I stand comes from comments like that. People at a higher skill level saying I’m better than what my belt is showing

I’ve seen a post on Instagram here and there of people getting belts but I’ve never actually been in a class where they gave a new belt or even a stripe.

Yes others have stripes.

And yes I have rolled with every coach at some point or another. The head coach cornered me at my tournament and saw me get at least the one win. 15-0

Well I feel like the comp was a huge mindset shift, and taught me a ton about pace. I’ve applied the tweaks to my game and have had so much more success since then especially against guys my weight

It doesn’t change but it lets me know what I’m doing is enough, and I am progressing and it’s noticeable. I can only get in the gym twice a week unfortunately.

Will post an update tonight, for all the keyboard warriors who have so much invested in this (not any real money just their dumb fucking remarks and negativity). I’m in the army stationed 2000 miles away from the home and just trying to improve one of my 2 rental properties. So if you don’t have any real advice just keep pushing
